Elliot L. Shelton

Elliot L. Shelton is President of the Foundation and is a former a partner of national and regional law firms. Elliot has over 40 years of experience as an attorney. He established his own legal practice in 1995 while at the same time serving as President of ALFA. The practice provides comprehensive legal services with a focus on real estate, development, finance, affordable housing, healthcare, commercial law, workouts, and other business transactions.

David Frank

David Frank is active in the real estate industry and brings over 30 year experience to the Foundation. As an associate of Coldwell Banker formerly Fred Sands Realtors, he specializes in REO & probate properties and has represented several large banks. Additionally, he has been active for 20 years in various areas of real estate property management in Los Angeles including leasing and sales for apartment buildings, shopping centers, and small office buildings.

Isaac S. Salzberg

Isaac S. Salzberg is principal and founder of RB Realty Group, a property management company, and is an accredited member of International Real Estate Management (IREM). As a licensed real estate broker, he specializes in sales, leasing, development and property management of Multi-Family residential properties. Previously, in the finance sector, Isaac served as director and SVP/Regional Manager of a Beverly Hills headquartered bank. At the bank he also served on the senior loan committee and asset/liability committee.
